INSIGHTS-MDI
By using the diagnostic tool personality structures INSIGHTS-MDI we are able to create a detailed job profile as well as a detailed personality profile of one or more potential candidates.
Since 2015 Thomas Krämer is an INSIGHTS-MDI accredited consultant and he is enabled to give expert advice regarding the selection of candidates, using this analysis tool as well as regarding suitable training and coaching measures.
